Our exclusive adaptation of a popular 1930's decal.  Collectors have long speculated that the brightly colored dinnerware on the patio table was vintage Fiestaware.... we removed all the doubt when we reprinted the decal this revival.  You can even see the ring handles on the cups. Back in the 30's, this decal depicting Fiesta was on a number of dinnerware lines by a number of manufacturers, but never decorated Fiesta itself.  That changed with our 1998 introduction of our exclusive line, Sunporch, that placed this colorful decal on White Fiesta.  All items are limited to 500 units (500 for serving pieces, 500 units of four for items like tumblers and mugs) and feature red accent striping on handles.  It looks wonderful mixed with the newest Fiesta color, Scarlet.

@ Those items so marked are not for food use, as decoration is on a presumed food contact surface and consequently are for decorative use only. Like the old, original Sunporch decal, these bright orange & yellow colorants do contain CADMIUM and LEAD and MAY POISON FOOD as the heavy metals may migrate into food stored on them, especially wet, acidic foods which speed dissolution. Thus the plates, saucers, platters, etc. are sold and intended for DISPLAY USE ONLY. In conformance with California’s Prop. 65 they are permanently marked on the back with the appropriate warning on any piece where decorations are placed on a presumed food contact surface.  Items such as teapots, mugs and bowls are decorated on non-food contact surfaces only and are fine to use.
